The making

Each kit is made for one patient, in one lab, in a day.

Prescription

Your dentist takes a scan, or an impression, and prescribes the kit.

The model

A model of your teeth is printed in our lab in Duffield, Derbyshire, the day your scan arrives.

The trays

Whitening trays are formed on the model, trimmed by hand and checked against it.

Presentation

Trays, gel and care card are packed under the name of the prescribing dentist and dispatched the next working day.

Every part of a Sovereign kit is made in England.

Made to order, not from stock. Nothing is made until it has been prescribed.

The house

Sovereign is made by Marshall & Son, two generations of dentists in Duffield, Derbyshire.

The family has practised at 59 King Street since the 1980s. We prescribe Sovereign to our own patients and make it upstairs from the surgery.

Nothing leaves the lab that we would not hand across our own desk.
